What to Expect When You Join Our Dental Office
While we are very excited to get to know you and meet your dental needs, part of the new patient process involves taking a few quick and easy steps beforehand. As a new patient, we encourage you to take a look at some of the ways you can prepare ahead of your first appointment. This includes essential forms to fill out online and financing options to consider. If you have any concerns or questions you’d like to address before you arrive, please give our dental office a call!
Your First Dental Visit
When you call us for the first time, you’ll speak with a new patient coordinator who will determine your dental needs upfront and ask you about any previous dental history. You’ll then be assigned to meet with one of our dentists, who will perform a new patient exam, capture X-rays, complete charting, perform a periodontal exam, and take photos. If you don’t have any periodontal concerns, a cleaning can be completed right after. Should further treatments be needed, you’ll have it organized with a dedicated treatment plan coordinator at the end of your visit.

Not only is completing new patient forms a relatively quick and simple process, but you can get the entire process done online for added convenience! New patient forms give us a chance to get to know your needs better, then tailor your care based on those needs.

Dental Insurance Welcome
As a courtesy to our patients with dental insurance, we file your insurance claim and do our best to inform you of your financial portion. At the time of service, we will only require payment of the estimated portion not covered by insurance. We accept the assignment of insurance benefits for almost all insurance companies. Unlike many other dental offices that require full payment at the time of your service, our dental office only asks that you pay upfront for the estimated portion not covered by your dental insurance.

We're happy to be able to offer our patients a quicker, more convenient option for taking care of their bill! Through our online portal, you can submit payments with just a few clicks from the comfort of home, no phone call or in-person visit required. Even better, your personal information is kept secure at all times.
In-House Dental Concierge Plan
No dental insurance? Don't worry. Our concierge dental plan is designed to function in much the same way, providing a variety of valuable benefits for a flat yearly fee. We have multiple plans available depending on your unique needs, but all come with complimentary exams and X-rays when needed, a 10% discount on all treatments that are not already fully covered, and more!
